When the customer first contacted Borway, they already had an early CAD concept and a clear understanding of the product purpose.

However, several manufacturing details still required further evaluation. Our engineers worked with the customer to review structure, machining feasibility and production considerations before moving forward.

The First Physical Sample Changed Everything

The first prototype gave both teams something more valuable than a drawing — a real product that could be evaluated, tested and improved.

Through several rounds of communication and refinement, new questions were answered and design details were gradually improved. Each prototype brought the product closer to a reliable production solution.
