PROJECT STORY
A healthcare-related customer approached Borway with an early CAD concept and product requirements. Through close engineering collaboration, prototype refinement and manufacturing optimisation, the product moved from an early idea into stable repeat production.
When the customer first contacted Borway, they already had an early CAD concept and a clear understanding of the product purpose.
However, several manufacturing details still required further evaluation. Our engineers worked with the customer to review structure, machining feasibility and production considerations before moving forward.
The first prototype gave both teams something more valuable than a drawing — a real product that could be evaluated, tested and improved.
Through several rounds of communication and refinement, new questions were answered and design details were gradually improved. Each prototype brought the product closer to a reliable production solution.
After the product entered stable production, our cooperation continued beyond manufacturing.
As order volume increased, Borway reviewed the production process and suggested improvements to increase efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost while maintaining product quality and consistency.
